ISACM2021 is postponed to 2022 due to COVID-19
Due to COVID-19 pandemic, Chairperson Hirata and Executive Committee decided to postpone ISACM2021 at Osaka by one year (2022). As a result of discussing with BIOMAG committee, we decided to shift all ISACMs by one year since 2020 to keep the one-year interval between BIOMAG and ISACM. |
2019 Election Results
During the ISACM 2019 meeting in Toronto, Canada, results of the election of new Executive Committees have been announced. Newly elected members of the Executive Committee are Dr. Kazutaka Jin (Sendai), Dr. William C. Gaetz (Philadelphia), Prof. Mingxiong Huang (San Diego), Prof Mitsuru Kikuchi and Dr. Daniel Lundqvist. Dr. William Gaetz was elected the Vice-President to follow Prof. Masayuki Hirata as the President-Elect for the 2022-2023 term. We thank Prof. Nobukazu Nakasato, Dr. Hideaki Shiraishi, Prof. Andrew Papanicolaou, Dr. Stefan Rampp and Dr. Timothy Roberts for their support and help. Prof. Masayuki Hirata took over the president's office for the 2020-2021 term and follows Prof. Hiroshi Otsubo. Prof. Hiroshi Otsubo remains in the Executive Committee as the Past President. Prof. Hirata designated Prof. Kikuchi as the Secretary and Dr. Gaetz as the Treasurer. |
Call for Nominations for ISACM Executive Committee
In September 2019, the Executive Committee will be rotating off five members, who have successfully served their 4 year term to completion. We are seeking new individuals to serve on the ISACM Executive Committee. Please see the attached document for more details as to how you can nominate someone for this important role. Early Bird Registration Deadline Extension
The early bird registration rates for the ISACM Meeting in Toronto have been extended to June 17, 2019. Register soon to join us for keynotes lectures on MEG applications to epilepsy, other neurological conditions and psychiatric conditions. As well, there will be teaching sessions on using MEG for epilepsy studies in adults and pediatrics. Symposia topics will be announced shortly. Call for Abstracts
We invite you to join us for the meeting of the International Society for the Advancement of Clinical MEG, to be held in Toronto, Ontario, Canada this September 11-14, 2019.
Titled ‘Epilepsy and beyond: the advantages of MEG for epilepsy and other clinical applications’, we will build on the well-established use of MEG for the study of epilepsy, and expand the vision for MEG applications by describing recent advancements. We have an exciting line-up of international speakers.
